The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the park and sea. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. the hotel's location is on a hill in the city center, offering a peaceful environment yet still close to many attractions. the communication from the hotel before my arrival was top-notch, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, I was highly impressed by the outstanding quality service and attention to detail.

If I had to suggest an improvement, I would say that adding a Turkish hammam and massage service would enhance the guest experience even more. These traditional services would surely be a great addition for guests looking to relax and unwind during their stay.

My recent stay in Istanbul was unexpectedly delightful. The café with the breathtaking view was a serene escape. The bustling shopping center was a treat for my eyes. The diverse cuisine at the hotel restaurant was a true feast. The nearby square was always buzzing with energy. The hotel's convenient location near transportation was a win. All in all, a unique blend of history and modernity. And can you believe it, I even found a children's playground to unleash my inner kid!

I enjoyed every detail about my quite comfortable 3 nights stay here. The room was elegant and neat included a safe, a minibar and central heating. The service was absolutely good. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided in the rooms added to the comfort level of my stay. the service from the staff was outstanding and they always went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. the restaurant provided a great selection for breakfast and the snack bar was a convenient option. the Garden area was a peaceful retreat and provided a serene atmosphere to relax. the location advantages were good for easy access to transportation.

I had a minor issue with room service where my order was missed, causing a delay in receiving my order. the staff dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently.

The hotel design is beautiful, and the location is perfect. The view of the Golden Horn from the second floor is stunning. The breakfast is delicious, and the room includes a welcoming fruit basket and sweets. I appreciate the efforts of the front office manager, Omer Ozturk, and his team, as well as the duty manager, Ms. Görkemnur Karaca, for resolving any issues and making our stay enjoyable. The hotel overall is clean and well-maintained, making it a wonderful choice.

I chose the Clarion for its close proximity to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 22 bicycles parking area, promoting sustainable transportation and adding an unexpected eco-friendly touch to the hotel's features.

We had a lovely stay at the Clarion Hotel Golden Horn with our 10-month-old daughter. The modern hotel offered comfortable beds and a panoramic window with magnificent Bosphorus views. The breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the free closed parking. The standout feature was the exceptional service from the hotel staff, particularly Özgur, John, Mert, and Murat. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and shuttle buses to various city locations. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a balcony with a great view. The breakfast at the top-floor Terrace restaurant was delightful. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden area and leisure/TV room, which facilitated family bonding. Nearby landmarks like Hagia Sophia Museum and the Blue Mosque made exploring Istanbul a memorable experience. The only small drawback was the absence of alcoholic beverages on-site. a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend to families visiting Istanbul.

The views from the rooms were amazing, offering a great panorama of the sea and Miniaturk. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the free van rides that took us to various places in the city, saving us both time and money.

The breakfast menu could have been better with a wider selection of options. the public transport to Sultanahmet took about 45 minutes, which was a bit time-consuming.

I recently stayed at Clarion in Istanbul for a week-long family vacation. The guest relation manager, Zeynep, provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful with well-appointed rooms and stunning views of the Golden Horn. I was so impressed that I've already decided to return in August. Highly recommend for a luxurious and welcoming stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with breathtaking views and a new, clean atmosphere. the housekeeping was excellent, and we were delighted to find delicious chocolates every day. Ms. Zeynup, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful and generous, making our stay extremely comfortable. the staff, including Shaha from housekeeping, provided excellent support and gave us helpful suggestions for places to visit and authentic restaurants to try. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

The hotel's location is easy to find by car. Upon our arrival, we were able to locate the hotel easily, thanks to clear signage and easy access. It was as straightforward as finding a needle in a haystack, but with far less effort.

The staff are incredibly friendly, rooms are well-maintained, and the river views are stunning. The snack selection and complimentary water bottles were a nice touch, and the cafe served delicious food. The only downside was occasionally noisy neighbors arguing late at night, but overall, the relaxing garden area and TV room made for a pleasant stay. 🌟

A superb stay at Clarion Hotel Golden Horn. Atrium view was serene, fantastic sleep. Breakfast and nearby restaurant were top-notch. Ms. Elif Kanlıkuyu and Zeynep Akin were exceptional. Only drawback was location for sightseeing. an outstanding experience with warm staff like Mertcan, Omer Faruk, and Saadet. Will return!

The hotel location is perfectly situated right by the taxi stand, making it an easy journey to all major tourist spots. the hotel is located very near to all tourist attractions. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, clean, and well-kept. The breakfast offers a variety of choices, and cleaning service is very efficient. The hotel staff is kind and welcoming, always willing to chat and provide advice on exploring the area.

There is no bar or alcohol available in the hotel.

The view of the Golden Horn is simply breathtaking. I mean, who wouldn't want to wake up to a glorious sight? Staff were so helpful and efficient, they practically read my mind. A truly restful and enjoyable stay.

Oh, and let's not forget about the "delightful" breakfast. I don't think I've ever had such an unappetizing meal in my life.

I would ask for better vacation experience for senior people if the children of the staff were more attentive and accommodating to the specific needs of older guests.

We stayed at Clarion Hotel Golden Horn with our children and had a fantastic experience at the Axis Shopping Mall. The 110 stores provided a wide variety of options, and the covered parking space made our visit convenient. The Playland children's playground allowed us to relax knowing our kids were having fun in a safe environment.

My wife says that the children's menu at the hotel's restaurant could have more diverse options.

The rooms at Clarion Hotel Golden Horn were so cozy and comfy, with 24-hour room service and plush bedding. The pillow menu was a nice touch, and I felt safe with the laptop-compatible safe.

The shower in the private bathroom was a bit small for my liking.

The staff, especially Oklan and Manyola, were so clutch. The view from the rooms was mad dope. Plus, there's a lit shopping center nearby and free shuttles. We had a blast at the theme park.

Could use more options for young party animals.
